The launch of Apple Music Country coincided with the pandemic, closing the studio and creating significant challenges. My team had to build and launch new shows, produce daily radio shows and content without the usual staff and facilities.
I devised a plan, mailing portable microphones to hosts and artists, coaching them through setup. My personal studio became the go-to for weekly VO sessions, and I even drove to artists' homes to set up portable recording gear.
By conducting FaceTime interviews and integrating portable microphone audio, we successfully launched on time despite the logistical hurdles.
I guided new show development and mentored other producers, sharing my strong background in audio production.
My team was asked to produce, edit, and mix the first-ever radio program to broadcast on Apple Music Country, generating excitement and laying the foundation for the shows that follow.
Here is a screenshot of that session featuring four Apple Music anchor hosts.
Working at Apple Music has made me an expert in both independent work and team collaboration, while also keeping me up-to-date on the latest trends and technology. Apple sets the highest standards in content and audio, and I'm proud to have met those standards throughout my tenure.
