Key aspects of my role included:
Collaborative Production: Worked closely with producers to conceptualize and develop shows, ensuring that each episode met Apple Music's high standards.
Studio and Engineer Coordination: Managed the booking of studios and engineers, aligning schedules to maintain the flow of production and meet tight deadlines.
Artist Liaison: Communicated with artists' managers to facilitate smooth interactions and secure necessary approvals.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Engaged with video, social media, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive content delivery across all platforms.
Audio Production: Recorded remote or in-person sessions with celebrity hosts, and edited content for shows and on-demand releases.
Asset Delivery: Delivered all digital assets punctually, whether daily, weekly, or bi-weekly, maintaining consistency and reliability.
Meeting deadlines was crucial, as shows were scheduled and pre-promoted weekly. This required precise coordination and timely execution to maintain the integrity of the promotional schedules and ensure audience expectations were met.
My role at Apple Music demanded organizational prowess, effective communication, and a commitment to excellence, ensuring the success of each project.
London To Nashville Radio
Working on a global show hosted by artists in different countries presents its own set of unique challenges, especially with time zones. Here, I'm leading a remote session with "The Shires," one of the UK's biggest country acts. This meeting featured four time zones, including one host in London and the other visiting Australia, who did me a solid and called in at 3 AM to ensure the show could air on time, even if it meant waking up and recording in the dark.
Beyond The Influence with Tim McGraw
Working with superstar artists, especially when they have other superstar guests, involves many moving parts. Coordinating with two sets of managers, touring schedules, and album commitments can be challenging, but it's incredibly satisfying when everything falls into place, making for a creative and fun show.

Canada’s Country Radio with Brett Kissel
So proud this show was nominated for the 2023 Country Music Program of the Year at the CCMA Awards. I cross-collaborated with the Canadian Apple Music team to keep it authentic, working with hit Canadian artist Brett Kissel and his band members to create authentic sounds and imaging for the show. This ensured the final product met the high standards expected by Apple Music and his Canadian fans.

Party Barn Radio with Luke Bryan
This was one of my favorite projects at Apple Music. I recorded the show in Luke Bryan's party barn, which inspired the show's name. My creative side came into play as I incorporated farm sounds into the production.
Due to the pandemic, Luke was also recording American Idol from the barn, requiring me to adapt to constantly changing schedules and occasionally missing equipment (possibly thanks to his pet turkey).
Luke often decided last minute to call up a guest, so I had to employ creative thinking and problem-solving to complete the task. We had a successful run of two seasons without missing a single deadline.
